We will make the relevant enquiries, advise you on the best possible advertisement means for the position and reserve the advertising space. We will formulate the advertisement in cooperation with you. We will act as the first point of contact for all interested candidates and be responsible for the administrative process for the receipt of all applications. Once we have received all applications we will preselect them according to certain criteria and will coordinate interviews upon feedback with you.

The advertising-based search can also be combined or at a later stage supplemented with the database search and the executive search.
