Martina May has more than 13 years experience in the area of personnel consulting, recruitment, outplacement and outsourcing. The last seven years she was successfully active as an executive manager of a personnel consultancy for the semi-conductor, finance and manufacturing industries. Martina began her career with Manpower and progressed to the role of regional director where she managed 18 branch offices in Northrhein-Westfalia. Following this she was a personnel consultant at Microscape (now MRL Technology) and GRS in London. In 2005 Martina May opened and successfully established the German branch office of GRS in Munich. In addition, she introduced a spin off company from GRS (Proco Global Ltd) to the German market whose focus was on the automotive industry.
